The RealWear Hard Hat Band is a helmet mounting accessory for attaching the RealWear Navigator 520 to compatible standard front-brim hard hats. The flexible rubber band stretches around the helmet, while included clips add retention and help prevent the band from slipping during movement. It also supports offset or bias mounting where helmet geometry requires different positioning for the Navigator display pod. For construction, maintenance and industrial teams that must wear protective headgear, the Hard Hat Band provides a practical way to integrate assisted-reality workflows with existing PPE. It is not designed for full-brim hard hats or helmets fitted with mounted earmuffs.
