Field support
Voice guidance at point of work
FieldPal.ai is an AI-powered frontline software platform for industrial organizations that need faster access to operational knowledge, structured field data and hands-free task support. Delivered through mobile and wearable applications, it gives technicians voice-first access to technical guidance, document retrieval, diagnostics, workflow automation and structured data capture at the point of work.
For maintenance, field service, inspection and operations teams, FieldPal.ai helps reduce time spent searching manuals, preserve expert knowledge from daily jobs and improve compliance records. It is designed for harsh, noisy and time-critical environments where traditional desktop software does not fit frontline workflows.

Structured job reporting
Answers from manuals and PDFs
Audit-ready task records

FieldPal.ai provides a voice-first interface designed for noisy, hands-busy environments. Workers can ask questions, complete tasks and capture notes without relying on desktop tools.
This helps your team keep information accessible during maintenance, inspection and field service work where stopping to search through documents slows the job down.

FieldPal.ai converts operational documentation into searchable, bite-sized knowledge. Workers can ask questions of manuals, PDFs and videos to retrieve relevant answers.
This supports companies that need to reduce knowledge loss, onboard new technicians faster and make expert guidance available across distributed teams.

FieldPal.ai records tasks, faults and observations as work happens. Entries can be structured and tagged to the relevant asset or task for clearer reporting.
This helps your organisation reduce manual paperwork, improve data quality and build audit-ready records from everyday frontline activity.

FieldPal.ai is API-first and supports connectors to CMMS, ERP and document systems. The service can also be cloud-hosted or deployed in customer infrastructure where agreed.
This makes it easier to align AI assistance with existing operational systems and scale FieldPal.ai beyond a small pilot into wider enterprise workflows.
VR Expert AI supplies FieldPal.ai to industrial and field-service organisations, with licensing, demos and deployment support on RealWear devices, Android and iOS. We help teams move from a proof of concept to a wider rollout rather than buying through generic channels.
FieldPal.ai is licensed per named user or per device, with proof-of-concept services for evaluation. Tell us your team size and use case and a specialist will prepare a quote, including POC scope, content indexing and integration support.

There are five options: a 1-year User License, a 1-year Device License, and Small, Medium or Large POC services. The licenses are for ongoing use; the POCs are for testing and validating FieldPal before a wider rollout.
A User License is assigned to one named user. A Device License is assigned to one shared device, so different identifiable users can use that device one after another. A Device License does not mean everyone shares the same account.
Choose the User License when each employee needs individual access. Choose the Device License when one device is shared between shifts, teams or workers at the same location.
No. The POC is a validation service before wider deployment. If the project continues, the appropriate User and/or Device Licenses are purchased separately for ongoing use.
Yes. FieldPal states that every license includes both FieldPal Find for knowledge access and FieldPal Capture for structured field reporting. They are not separate license add-ons.
The license type changes how access is assigned, not the core platform. FieldPal is available on Android phones and tablets and RealWear devices; iPhone support is currently in beta. Specific smart-glasses compatibility should be confirmed for the deployment or POC.
