Warranty Conditions
Warranty terms differ per brand and product. Find your device below to see exactly what is covered, for how long, and how the claim is handled.
What is covered
- Manufacturing and material defects
- Hardware failures under normal use
- Defective batteries within the battery warranty period
- Dead on arrival (DOA) devices
What is not covered
- Accidental damage, drops and cracked lenses
- Water or liquid damage (unless rated for it)
- Normal wear and cosmetic damage
- Repairs or modifications by third parties
Manufacturer warranty conditions apply
The manufacturer decides whether a claim is covered under their warranty conditions, not VR Expert. What we do is make the strongest possible case for you: we gather the evidence, submit the claim, and follow it up until there is a decision.
