De RealWear Thermal Camera Module is een modulaire warmtebeeldaccessoire voor de RealWear Navigator 520, gemaakt voor industriële inspectie, onderhoud en diagnose. De module is ontwikkeld met Teledyne FLIR en vervangt de standaard cameramodule. Hij combineert een camera voor zichtbaar licht met een FLIR Lepton 3.5-warmtebeeldsensor. Zo inspecteren buitendienstteams elektrische installaties, motoren, pompen, mechanische apparatuur en gebouwen terwijl ze beide handen vrij houden voor het werk. Met meerdere thermische en gemengde weergavemodi herkennen medewerkers afwijkende warmtepatronen, leggen ze bevindingen vast en ondersteunen ze preventief onderhoud, zonder aparte handheld warmtebeeldcamera.

De RealWear Thermal Camera Module is een modulaire warmtebeeldaccessoire voor de RealWear Navigator 520, gemaakt voor industriële inspectie, onderhoud en diagnose. De module combineert een FLIR Lepton 3.5-sensor met een thermische resolutie van 160 × 120 en een bereik van -20 tot 400 °C met een visuele sensor van 48 MP en video in 1080p bij 60 fps, in een IP66-behuizing. VR Expert AI levert de module aan onderhouds- en betrouwbaarheidsteams.

Met de sensor op de headset blijft thermische inspectie onderdeel van dezelfde handsfree werkwijze: controleer een motor, lager of schakelkast, leg het bewijs vast en ga verder. Vijf beeldmodi en ondersteuning voor FLIR Thermal Studio helpen bij de rapportage na het bezoek.
