Product Description

Teamviewer Frontline xAssist (Month) is a one-month subscription to TeamViewer Frontline Assist (xAssist), the AR remote-support module for companies that need fast see-what-I-see assistance between on-site workers and remote experts. This package provides xAssist functionality for 1 month. The Year variant provides the same xAssist capabilities with a 12-month license term. Remote expert access

xAssist connects frontline workers with remote experts through live video so the expert can see the task from the worker's point of view.

  • Live video
  • Remote expertise

This helps your team diagnose problems faster, reduce unnecessary site visits and keep specialist knowledge available across locations.

Precise AR guidance

Experts can use annotations, a live pointer and supported AR markers to indicate components, locations or next actions directly on the live view.

  • AR annotations
  • Live pointer

Visual guidance reduces ambiguity during troubleshooting and makes it easier for technicians to follow instructions while staying focused on the task.

Document each session

Frontline Assist includes call history, service reporting and session tools such as recording, files, chat and transcription within the support workflow.

  • Session recording
  • Call reports

This gives organisations a clearer record of service activity and creates reusable material for follow-up, training and knowledge transfer.
