Remote Eye Bundle - Industrial (Navigator 520)

The current bundle pairs the RealWear Navigator 520, a voice controlled, IP66 rated assisted reality headset with a hot swappable battery, with Remote Eye remote guidance software. A field technician wears the headset and an expert joins the same view from anywhere, pointing, annotating and talking the technician through the job in real time. It suits maintenance, inspection and installation work where flying a specialist to site is slow or simply not possible.

Built for remote guidance, not just remote hardware

Remote Eye is the part that turns a rugged headset into a two way support channel. Rather than a technician describing a problem over the phone, an expert sees exactly what the technician sees and can guide them step by step, which cuts diagnosis time and reduces repeat visits. The Navigator 520 side of the bundle holds up to the environment: hands free voice control, noise resistant audio and a design that works over PPE and hard hats.
