Prescription first, because it decides adoption

Prescription frames are counted per person rather than per device, and the lead time runs through an optician rather than through us. That makes them the item to settle at the start of a rollout rather than at the end. Ask the users before the order goes in; the count is almost always higher than the pilot group suggested it would be.

Bright light is the other reason a device stops being worn.
