ManageXR Premium (per device) - 1 Year is an annual XR mobile device management license for organizations that need centralized control over one managed VR or AR device. Premium combines ManageXR's core device controls with video and WebXR deployment, a secure multi-app Home Screen, custom branding, remote screen streaming, usage analytics, API access and the Device SDK. It supports teams running training, healthcare, field service and other shared-device XR programs across one or many locations. Choose Premium for day-to-day fleet administration. If facilitators also need to view and guide multiple headset users live from one dashboard, choose ManageXR Premium with Rooms.

ManageXR Premium provides the full standard management tier for professional VR and AR deployments. It combines centralized content delivery, device settings, kiosk controls, a branded multi-app Home Screen, remote screen streaming, usage analytics and integration tools in one web console.
Premium or Premium with Rooms?
There are two functional options. ManageXR Premium is designed for ongoing fleet administration, content rollout and remote support. ManageXR Premium with Rooms includes the same Premium management tools and adds a live facilitator dashboard for classrooms, training sessions and events.
What Premium Does Not Include
Rooms is not included in this package. Choose Premium with Rooms if facilitators need to view up to 30 participant screens together, launch activities across a group, monitor on-task or off-task status and guide individual users during a live session.
This SKU covers one managed device for one year. For a larger fleet, purchase the required number of device licenses. Feature availability can vary by headset model, so confirm compatibility before rollout.

ManageXR installs a small agent app on each device, which you then manage from the ManageXR web console. RealWear Arc 3, Navigator 520 and Vuzix LX1 are fully supported, including kiosk mode and remote monitoring. On HMS SiNGRAY G2, you can deploy apps but cannot use kiosk mode or monitoring. For Even Realities G2, only the paired phone and companion app can be managed. Display glasses such as XREAL and VITURE are not managed, as they have no operating system. The Rooms add-on lets an instructor see and guide what each learner sees, up to 30 devices per Room, and is aimed at VR headsets.
Yes. Current Meta Quest deployments use Meta Horizon managed services for enrollment, with ManageXR selected as the third-party MDM. Device mode and available kiosk experiences depend on the deployment configuration.
