The challenge
Escher was faced with the challenge of providing support for an industrial plant in China. Due to the country's COVID policies, experts who were required to work at the plant had to undergo a six-week quarantine, which was not feasible. Escher needed a solution that would allow it to offer remote support to the on-site team in China without sacrificing the quality of its work.
